Alf Eriksson
Chairman of the Board and Adviser
Alf is an experienced technology executive and adviser with an extensive background in telecommunications, software, product management and international business development. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board and adviser to Cuptronic Technology AB. Previously, Alf served as Chief Product Officer and Board Member of InCoax Networks AB, a provider of fibre-broadband technology. During his international career, he held senior business and product-management positions at Ericsson, with responsibility for mobile systems based on North American standards. He has also served as CEO of Netcom Consultants AB, part of the Stenbeck Group, and held senior software-management positions at SmartTrust and Giesecke+Devrient. Throughout his career, Alf has led major customer-driven innovation and business-development initiatives and has been involved in corporate financing and two trade sales.
Urban Fagerstedt
Board Member and CEO
Urban is an experienced technology executive with more than 30 years of experience in telecommunications and mobile communications. He previously served as Vice President and General Manager of the Design Unit Radio Networks at Ericsson and as Vice President of R&D at Huawei Technologies Sweden, as well as a senior adviser to Huawei’s management in China. Urban was a board member of Fingerprint Cards AB from 2009 to 2020 and served as its Chairman from 2014 to 2016.
Bo Westerberg

Bo is an experienced industrial executive, investor and board professional. He is the owner and Chairman of Nötudden Capital AB, a privately held investment company with interests in industrial and property-related businesses. Bo has 25 years of experience in senior positions within international industrial companies and management consulting. His previous roles include Vice President, Corporate Sourcing at Ericsson, Managing Director of Ericsson subsidiary Indelec S.A. in Spain, and senior positions at Philips and Maynard MEC Management Consulting. He has also held numerous chairmanships and directorships in industrial, technology and property companies.
Hans-Göran Stennert
Board Member
Hans-Göran is an experienced business executive and board professional with an extensive background in international business, ownership matters and corporate governance. He held several senior positions and assignments within the IKEA Group and served on the Board of Directors of INGKA Holding B.V., then the holding company of the IKEA Group, from 1993 to 2007, including nine years as Chairman. Hans-Göran also served on the Board of Directors of the listed renewable-energy company Eolus Vind AB from 2008 to 2025 and was its Chairman from 2009 to 2025.
Nick Hrnyak

Nick is CEO of Lacks Enterprises, Inc., a leading US Tier 1 automotive supplier with expertise in advanced surface-finishing technologies, injection moulding and automotive component systems. Since joining Lacks in 2002, he has held senior leadership positions in sales, operations and general management, becoming President in 2015 and CEO in 2021.
Niels von Zweigbergk

Niels is an experienced business executive and investor with an extensive background in energy markets, commodities, carbon trading and international climate-related investments. He previously served as President and Group CEO of Tricorona AB, a Nasdaq Stockholm-listed international developer of emissions-reduction projects under the Kyoto Protocol, before the company was acquired by Barclays in 2010. Before becoming CEO of Tricorona, Niels was CEO of Svensk Kraftmäkling AB, a leading broker in the deregulated Nordic electricity market.
Björn Odenbro

Björn is an investor and international business executive with more than 20 years of experience working in China and the wider Asia-Pacific region, primarily within renewable energy, carbon markets and energy-storage technologies. He previously led Tricorona’s carbon asset management operations in China and subsequently held several senior positions at Azelio, including Managing Director of China operations, Senior Vice President China & Asia-Pacific and Director of Global Business Development. His experience includes the development and commercialisation of carbon reduction projects, renewable energy technologies and energy storage solutions. Björn is currently active as an investor and adviser through Raven House Ventures, with a focus on the energy transition, European resilience and technology-oriented growth companies.
